Please make sure you are happy with the following before you book an appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice, otherwise the full appointment fee will be charged.
I operate a waiting list for current patients only who require urgent treatment. If this applies you will still need to book an appointment. You can add a note to the booking to say you would like to be seen sooner if possible. There is no need to contact me separately as the system will alert me.

Please do not attend the clinic if you feel unwell.

If you travel by car, please wait in your car when you arrive. I will come out and let you know when I am ready for you.

If you are arriving on foot, there is a bench in front of the clinic window where you can sit. If the weather is bad you can stand in the covered porch area. I will let you know when I am ready for you.

Please do not ring the doorbell, I WILL NOT be able to answer it if I am with another patient.

You will be able to make payment by card in clinic or by bank transfer.

Please book future appointments online where possible.
